fansites?? lol

Well both the fansites under the official spellforce fansites sectin no longer work. the german one has been dead for AGES.... the planetspellforce one used to work but i tried yesterday and it was not responding as well....

anyways. ive tried emailing webmaster@jowood.com for a few months now about the german one... but no response...

here's a site i started working on a while ago. i took a little hiatus but i'm gonna finish it up here shortly. it's got a lot of useful info on it as is. check it out if you, i'd like to get it added to the official page if somebody would actually check the email box...

I looked through your site, and here are a few things I noticed:

The map pages do not work with Opera (v8.54). For some reason they lock Opera up, and cause it to use nearly 100% CPU usage.

The cheat pages are displaying garbage characters in all browsers I tested (Opera, Firefox, IE). Using Firefox, most of the content of the page is displayed outside the 'frame' as well. This doesn't occur with Opera or IE.

thanks for the observations. yes the cheats page is acting bizarre.i might have uploaded a corrupted file, it used to be fine.

as far as the map pages and opera. unfortunately i cannot concentrate on opera compatibility, for the usage is much too small to concern myself with. I only make sure the site is compatible with IE and mozilla / firefox, which it is.

yeah the maps thing is "really" nifty. you should see the backend i made to add the points... It's all custom scripted, each point is place by hand. I play the game through and physically mark on a printed up map where stuff is, and write up a key with mob names, item names, etc. and mark it all up on paper. Then input everything into the backend on the site. :)
