I think u should be able to import characters that u completed the game with so u could use it l8er when u start a new game but u have the old char or use it in Skirmish/Free mode. And also the Campaign for a RPG-type Co-op in LAN/Internet so u could help out buddys with ur lvl 30/50 what ever lvl char.
And also, should make a bigger lvl difficulty that are made for lvl 30+ (or 50+ because i dont have Dragon Storm yet.) Thanks for those who support my suggestion and also those who think is stinks :) ^^. BTW! i didnt take the time so check the forums about if theres a post about his thing so sorry if there is. ^^

Well, there's a reason why you can't import singleplayer-characters into free game mode. In singleplayer, you can get very powerful weapons/armor/stuff for your party, so making it possible to use them in multiplayer would destroy the balance.
Yeah, I think no one would care about that in Coop-modus, but you can also use Coop-avatars in PVP where balance is important.

importing characters once they get to the point that they are essentialy invincable kind of defeats the purpose of playing the game to further the level of any one given character. dont get me wrong, i love to smash pathetic enemies beneath the feet of my vastly superior characters, but after a while the fun becomes drained out of the game. If any of you have played DiabloII and downloaded the Chaos Empire patch and used the hero editor tool... they you know that characters can vastly surpass the ability of the game to create monsters that will challange the player. hence the idea to make the 50+ settings, but once you reach the end of that... then what happens? More expansions? no... the game ends and you start a new character and choose different combinations of skills and characteristics
